Who operates this site

Zaalion.com is operated by Reza Salehi in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This notice explains how information is handled when you browse the site, submit an inquiry, or use the Architecture Advisor.

Information you submit

The contact form collects your name, company, email address, country, inquiry category, timeline, and message so Reza can review and respond. Do not submit secrets or sensitive regulated data. Inquiry details and related correspondence are retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

Architecture Advisor

The advisor is available anonymously. Your prompt is sent to a model hosted in Microsoft Foundry to generate a response. The Zaalion application does not intentionally retain prompts or generated results. It records aggregate request and token-usage counters for up to 90 days to control cost and detect misuse. Microsoft may process prompts and responses for service delivery, content filtering, and abuse monitoring, but does not use them to train foundation models without permission. Do not enter confidential, personal, or regulated information. See Microsoft's Foundry data, privacy, and security documentation.

Analytics and security

With your permission, the site uses Microsoft Application Insights to collect aggregate page views, anonymous visitor counts, referring sites, device categories, and general country or region. Admin pages, form contents, and Architecture Advisor prompts or results are excluded from page-view analytics. Analytics data is retained for 30 days. Microsoft temporarily uses an IP address to derive general location and then discards it; the stored IP field is masked under the default Application Insights configuration.

The contact form may use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish people from automated traffic. Turnstile processes browser and device signals needed for that security check, but does not receive the text entered in the contact form from Zaalion. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Advertising

Google AdSense may display advertisements on the Azure Updates and Architecture Advisor pages only. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a visitor's prior visits to this site or other sites. Google's advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to personalize ads, measure performance, limit repeated ads, and detect fraud. Other third-party ad vendors or networks may also use cookies when permitted by your choices and applicable law. Advertising is not used to create Zaalion visitor accounts.

You can review how Google uses information from partner sites in Google's partner-sites notice, manage personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings, or opt out of participating third-party vendors through WebChoices. Google's publisher tag may load to verify the site and provide regional Privacy & Messaging controls. Zaalion initializes an ad unit only after advertising permission is granted, and Google applies the choices recorded through its certified consent platform.

Your choices

Necessary storage supports settings such as your color theme and privacy choices. Optional analytics and advertising are off until you choose otherwise. You can change those choices at any time using Privacy choices in the footer. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal information, or to object to certain uses.

Service providers and transfers

Zaalion uses service providers including Microsoft Azure, Google, and Cloudflare for hosting, communications, analytics, advertising, AI processing, and security. These providers may process information in countries other than yours under their applicable contractual and legal safeguards. Zaalion does not sell contact-form submissions. Advertising-related sharing or targeted-advertising choices are provided through Google's regional privacy controls.

Children

This professional services website is not directed to children, and Zaalion does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the site.
